Shipping Policy

We appreciate your support and value your time. Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we are a small business, and we take great care in crafting and preparing each order. Most orders are completed and shipped within 2–7 business days, with the exception of Pre-Orders. Pre-Order processing times are typically within 6 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

We partner with UPS to deliver our fragrances. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items. This including packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If a shipment is stolen or delivered to the wrong address due to an error provided at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement.

If your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, we encourage you to file a claim directly with UPS so the carrier can investigate. To help ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
