Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We understand that scent is deeply personal, and finding your perfect match takes time. Your support means everything to us, and each fragrance is crafted with care and intention. Our goal is for you to truly love your experience with our creations.

If you’re unsure which scent is right for you, we recommend starting with our travel-size atomizers.  They're the perfect way to explore and discover your favorites before committing to a full-size bottle.

Order Accuracy

While we take great care to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately, occasional errors may occur. If your order is missing an item or if you’ve received an incorrect product, please notify us via email within 3 business days of delivery. Kindly include your order number in the subject line for prompt assistance.

We will gladly provide replacements for any missing or incorrect items. Please note that we may request photos and/or videos of the items received to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
